Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is given that, on 11 August 2017 at 10.15am, Mark Hector Norrie, insolvency practitioner of Norrie & Daughters, Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the shareholder’s special resolution under section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, no meeting of creditors is required. The board of the company resolved that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 20 September 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to any distribution.
