Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following a solvency resolution by the shareholders on 24 August 2017 at 10.54am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 29 September 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
