Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 246 of the Companies Act 1993

David Webb and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed interim liquidators jointly and severally of HYDROWORKS LIMITED (in interim liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch on 17 August 2017 at 4.20pm.

Creditors are requested to lodge a claim and establish any priority their claims may have by 1 September 2017.
