Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and David Bridgman, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KOWI HNZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 August 2017 at 10.05am.

We fix 15 September 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
