Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company.

LONGLEY PANELBEATERS LIMITED (in liquidation) was placed into liquidation by way of creditors’ resolution at the watershed meeting held on 10 August 2017 at 11.26am, pursuant to section 239ABU(b) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 8 September 2017 as the last day on or before which the creditors of LONGLEY PANELBEATERS LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
