Wendy Somerville and Grant McQuoid, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KURIGER CONCRETE PRODUCTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 August 2017 at 10.24am.

We fix 19 September 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
