Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators by the shareholder on 7 August 2017 at 7.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 15 September 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
