Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that QUALPRO SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 August 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 1 August 2017 at 10.32am.
