Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Iain McLennan and Colin Sanderson, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators by the shareholders on 3 August 2017 at 3.30pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 8 September 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
