Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TONY LAUREN FARMING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Greymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 July 2017 at 10.02am.

We fix 11 September 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
