Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed joint and several liquidators of ENERGY SYSTEMS PROFESSIONALS NZ LIMITED on 31 July 2017 at 10.00am.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 4 September 2017 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
