Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and Barry Jordan, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of WELL HEALTH TRUST (in liquidation) on 25 July 2017 at 6.10pm.

The liquidators have fixed 30 August 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.

Also note: This is a solvent liquidation and the decision to wind up the affairs of the charitable trust were resolved at a meeting held on 12 June 2017 and then ratified at a meeting held on 25 July 2017.
