Notice is hereby given that on 25 July 2017, the shareholder of SKYETECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED resolved, by special resolution, to appoint Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Pursuant to sections 241(5) and 241(1)(a) of the Act, the liquidation commenced on 25 July 2017 at 11.31am.

Unless requested by a creditor, it is not intended to hold a creditors’ meeting as distributions are likely to be insignificant.
