Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators by the shareholders on 24 July 2017 at 8.25pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 8 September 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
