Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 88 of the Limited Partnership Act 2008

We, Jonathan Wilgermein and Andrew Bethell, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named limited partnership on 12 April 2017 at 3.00pm by special resolution of the limited partners.

The general partner of the above-named limited partnership has signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the limited partnership is solvent.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, as joint and several liquidators of the above-named limited partnership, we fix 31 August 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the limited partnership are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
