Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 17 July 2017 at 10.54am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that LOGAN T FOSTER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

I fix 5.00pm on 17 August 2017 as the time and date by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
