Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 7 July 2017, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that F & F DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 7 July 2017 at 3.00pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 7 August 2017.
