Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 10 July 2017, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that INTERNATIONAL PET FOODS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 10 July 2017 at 12.00pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 7 August 2017.
