Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SUBLOOS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 July 2017 at 11.06am.

We fix 10 August 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
