Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 4 July 2017 at 4.39pm John Albert Price was appointed liquidator of LEDRUS LIMITED by the shareholder of the company.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 4 August 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
