Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ARDERN LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 July 2017 at 10.05am.

We fix 2 August 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
