Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators by shareholder’s resolution on 4 July 2017 at 4.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 11 August 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
