Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Wayne Robinson of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 3 July 2017 at 10.59am.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

4 August 2017 is hereby fixed as the day on or before which creditors are to make claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
