Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of BAMFORD EARTHMOVING LIMITED (in liquidation), by the High Court at Invercargill on 22 June 2017 at 11.57am.

9 August 2017 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
