We, James Henry Greenway and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.10am.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS (SOUTH PACIFIC) LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.30am.
The directors have signed certificates, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the companies are solvent.
Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the companies, we fix 19 July 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
