Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Tony Pattison and Wendy Somerville, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TIAHBRE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 December 2016 at 10.34am.

We fix 10 February 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
