Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 19 June 2017 at 6.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CATERERS ON THE RUN LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
