Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Tony Pattison and Marcus McMillan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAJESTIC HORTICULTURE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 June 2017 at 10.30am.

We fix 20 July 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
