Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

David Vance, accredited insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant, and Grant Jarrold, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the companies by the High Court at Christchurch on 15 June 2017 at 10.30am.

The liquidators have fixed 21 July 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
