Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 9 June 2017, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GOOD ROOT CO LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 9 June 2017 at 2.00pm.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 10 July 2017.
