Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CENTRAL OTAGO SPOUTING LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 May 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 31 May 2017 at 8.45am.
