Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CAR STYLES PANEL & PAINT LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 June 2017 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 9 June 2017 at 10.55am.
