Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 18 May 2017 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that the company be liquidated and that Kevyn Andrew Botes and Keith Mawdsley, of I-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidators.

The company is solvent and the directors have signed a solvency certificate to support this.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 30 June 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
