Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison, chartered accountant of Napier, and Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GARY PIDD ARCHITECT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 June 2017 at 1.59pm.

We fix 12 July 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
