Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 6 June 2017 at 5.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that B’S CLADDING & BUILD LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
