Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 25 May 2017, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that CHEVAC HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Albert Gardenbroek, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 25 May 2017 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994

The liquidator hereby fixes 30 June 2017, being a day not less than 10 working days from the day since this notice, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
