Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts, Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of USE BYE SEVENTEEN LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 6 June 2017 at 12.10pm.

We fix 14 July 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
