ADAMS MECHANICAL LIMITED and GARDENIA BDS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

GARDENIA BDS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.17am.
We fix 7 July 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
