Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the members of the above-named incorporated society, on 29 May 2017 resolved that the incorporated society should be placed into liquidation and that Simon Dalton and Matthew Peter Kemp, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators

The undersigned does hereby fix 14 July 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, in terms of section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
