Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 22 May 2017 the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Cheyne Edward Waldron, chartered accountant of Otorohanga, as liquidator.

Notice of No Meeting of Creditors

The company is solvent with few liabilities. There are sufficient assets to meet all liabilities. Unless requested, no creditors’ meeting will be held.
