Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 19 January 2017, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JH INSTALLATION SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Michael Edwin Kooiman, technical adviser of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 19 January 2017 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that I fix 28 February 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claim is received or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Claims are to be forwarded, and creditors and the shareholder may direct enquiries during normal business hours to the contact details below.
