Notice is hereby given that Shaun Neil Adams, RITANZ insolvency practitioner accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, was appointed liquidator of YUNSHU LIMITED (in liquidation) by a resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

The liquidation commenced on 23 May 2017 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators hereby fix 4 July 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Intention to Dispense With Creditors’ Meeting

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator intends to dispense with a meeting of creditors. Should any creditor object to dispensing with the creditors’ meeting they are required to notify the liquidator within 10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
