Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the shareholders on 14 May 2017 at 8.00pm.

The liquidator fixes 2 June 2017 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
