Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 5 May 2017 at 8.50am, the shareholders of EUROPEAN WOODWORKS LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Hudson Ralph Biggs as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by Friday 26 May 2017.
