Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that Daran Nair, accredited insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company on by special resolution of the shareholders 5 May 2017 at 10.00am.

The directors of the company have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Act, stating that the company is solvent.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of the above-named company has fixed 7 July 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
