Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk, chartered accountant, and Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MARLBOROUGH COUNTRY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 May 2017 at 2.32pm.

We fix 12 June 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
