Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 5 May 2017 at 11.02am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 2 June 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
