Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 4 May 2017 at 10.17am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BILTON DECORATORS 2014 LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
