Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholders on 1 May 2017 at 8.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 16 June 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
