Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 1 May 2017 at 2.33pm, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that BRACKLINN FARMS (2007) LIMITED be liquidated and Trudi Mary Ballantyne, chartered accountant of Te Puke, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 7 June 2017 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish priority, under section 312 of the Act, or if excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
